Boundary & Self Recovery Psychoeducation Group
A 6-Week Psychoeducational Group
Healing begins the moment you stop abandoning yourself.
How many times have you said "yes" when your heart was saying "no"? Have you found yourself sacrificing your peace to keep others comfortable, struggling to set healthy boundaries, or feeling emotionally exhausted from constantly putting yourself last?
The Boundaries & Self-Betrayal Recovery Group is a six-week virtual psychoeducational experience designed to help participants identify patterns of people-pleasing, recognize self-betrayal, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Through guided discussions, practical exercises, reflective activities, and supportive community, participants will gain the tools and confidence to protect their emotional well-being while building healthier relationships.
During this six-week journey, participants will learn how to:
Recognize patterns of self-betrayal and people-pleasing
Establish healthy emotional, physical, and relational boundaries
Reduce guilt associated with saying "no"
Strengthen self-worth and confidence
Communicate needs with clarity and confidence
Develop healthier relationship patterns
Prioritize emotional wellness without shame
Begin choosing themselves with intention and self-compassion
This group is ideal for individuals who:
