How many times have you said "yes" when your heart was saying "no"? Have you found yourself sacrificing your peace to keep others comfortable, struggling to set healthy boundaries, or feeling emotionally exhausted from constantly putting yourself last?
The Boundaries & Self-Betrayal Recovery Group is a six-week virtual psychoeducational experience designed to help participants identify patterns of people-pleasing, recognize self-betrayal, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Through guided discussions, practical exercises, reflective activities, and supportive community, participants will gain the tools and confidence to protect their emotional well-being while building healthier relationships.
During this six-week journey, participants will learn how to:
Recognize patterns of self-betrayal and people-pleasing
Establish healthy emotional, physical, and relational boundaries
Reduce guilt associated with saying "no"
Strengthen self-worth and confidence
Communicate needs with clarity and confidence
Develop healthier relationship patterns
Prioritize emotional wellness without shame
Begin choosing themselves with intention and self-compassion

This six-week psychoeducational group is designed to help participants understand the root causes of anger, recognize emotional triggers, and develop practical tools for responding with greater awareness, confidence, and self-control.
Through education, guided discussion, and skill-building exercises, participants will learn healthier ways to regulate emotions, communicate effectively, and build stronger relationships in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
In this group, participants will learn how to:
Understand the purpose and function of anger
Identify personal triggers and warning signs
Develop healthy emotional regulation strategies
Improve communication and conflict resolution skills
Respond thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively
Strengthen relationships through healthier emotional expression
Build confidence, resilience, and lasting coping skills

The Anxiety Management Group is a six-week psychoeducational program designed to help participants better understand anxiety, identify personal triggers, and develop practical strategies to reduce stress and regain a sense of control.
Through education, guided discussions, skill-building activities, and supportive community, participants will learn evidence-based techniques to manage anxious thoughts, regulate emotions, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges.
